Milford Man Arrested for Allegedly Selling Oxycodone to Undercover Officers

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A Milford man is arrested for allegedly selling oxycodone to undercover officers. Kosciusko County police arrested and preliminarily charged 26-year-old Shane Smith with felony dealing a Schedule I controlled substance Wednesday morning. Officers say undercover units had made previous purchases of prescription medication from Smith while he lived in Syracuse. The man is now being held on a $10,000 bond in the Kosciusko County Jail. Police say citizens were instrumental in the arrest.
