INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO): Friday afternoon, the Fort Wayne Police Department Gang and Violent Crimes Unit, along with the United States Marshals, located Marcus O’Neil Timmons in a residential neighborhood in Indianapolis. 

Detectives were informed that an unnamed female drove from Fort Wayne to Indianapolis to pick Timmons up at a relative’s house.  The two were then planning on leaving the state and heading to Arizona.

Timmons, along with the woman, attempted to run from detectives, but both were caught behind a nearby apartment complex. 

Timmons is currently confined in Marion County Jail awaiting transport back to Allen County and is facing the following charges:

1) Battery with a Deadly Weapon

2) Criminal Recklessness

3) Obstruction of Justice

4) Contempt of Court
