FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): If you're heading downtown Monday, be advised there are some lane restrictions for an annual St. Patrick's Day event. Throughout Monday, Wayne Street between Harrison and Calhoun will be closed. There will not be a market detour for the event location, but traffic is encouraged to use Jefferson Boulevard.
