INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): Superintendent of Public Instruction Glenda Ritz has announced this year's recipients of 21st Century Community Learning Centers Program Grants. Fifty-three organizations will receive grant money in hopes of providing academic enrichment opportunities for students like tutoring, mentoring, and homework help. Locally, East Allen Family Resource Center, North Adams Community Schools, and the Steuben County Literacy Coalition have all been named recipients. Grant awards range from $50,000 to $300,000.
