COLUMBIA CITY, Ind. (WOWO): A Whitley County restaurant is closed and dozens of people are sick as the board of health says it could be a virus.

An investigation continues after diners became ill after eating at Los Tequlias restaurant, that's according to the website TalkoftheTownwc.com. (click here)

Investigators say samples collected are being processed at a state lab. They are looking for details on the foods consumed that resulted in as many as 45 people developing symptoms including vomiting, diarrhea and head aches.

According to the report, officials are speculating it could be the Norwalk Virus. They say the restaurant will remain closed till the investigation is complete.
