The Board of Directors of Leadership Fort Wayne voted to join Greater Fort Wayne to improve the adult leadership Fort Wayne program. CEO of Greater Fort Wayne, Mark Becker believes that merging with Leadership Fort Wayne will provide investors with added benefits and engage leaders to create a vibrant and comfortable community. Leadership Fort Wayne will be apart of the Leadership Development and Community Engagement department within Greater Fort Wayne Inc. while keeping its original staff.
