According to court documents, the victim told police 34-year-old Michael Ray McCord, came to her home early last week to repair her van. She says she went with him on a test drive, out of concern he'd steal the vehicle. She says McCord drove down a dirt road behind Biomet and drove off the roadway and parked. He got out of the vehicle, asked her to step out, then began touching and kissing her inappropriately.
She says she told him to stop, but he pushed her to the ground and exposed himself. She says she started screaming and eventually, he stopped. The court documents say McCord admitted he knew what he did was wrong. He was arrested Sunday and held on a $2,000 bond.
