RUSHVILLE, Ind. (WOWO): Police have issued a statewide silver alert while they investigate the disappearance of a man from Rushville, about 40 miles east of Indianapolis.

Officers are looking for 53 year old Howard Bullard who was last seen yesterday and is believed to be in need of medical attention.

He was last seen driving a green 1998 4-door Honda Accord. Anyone with information should call police.
