<span style=”font-size: 18px;”>FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Robert Boyko, the father who pleaded guilty to seven counts of child neglect, is scheduled back in court this morning for a status hearing.

You may recall in January, Boyko and 41-year-old Mariana Clark pleaded guilty to seven counts of child neglect. Authorities found their seven children, ranging from newborn to 14-years-old in a filthy Fort Wayne Hotel room, not dressed for the below-zero weather.

In July, The judge handed down a four-year probation in exchange for his guilty plea. At that time, he was facing up to six years in prison.

In an earlier court appearance in September, according to our partners in news at 21 Alive, Boyko made threats to harm certain unnamed individuals if his seven kids were taken away.
