FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The former finance manager of PBS39 will be in court Thursday and will likely plead guilty to a federal fraud charge.

According to the Journal Gazette, 58-year-old Gail Waymire was indicted last month on 20 counts of embezzlement from the local television station. Waymire is accused of embezzling more than $130,000 over a three-year period.

Waymire plead guilty to the first count of fraud after taking almost $9,000 from the station's account using a false invoice. She admitted to creating false invoices from an unnamed company and rerouting the embezzled cash to her bank account. 

The payroll of multiple employees at PBS39 was also tampered with. Waymire is expected to plead guilty to the federal fraud charge Thursday afternoon.
