FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Early voting is finished at the Rousseau Center in downtown Fort Wayne. Dozens of voters entered the building last minute leading up to noon, Monday.

Election officials say this is not an indication of voter turnout in Allen County for Tuesday. In fact, they're expecting numbers to be lower than the last midterm elections in 2010.
