The man accused in the shooting death at convenience store in December made a court appear this morning in Allen Superior Court.

26-year-old Sanchez Williams is facing a pair of murder changes and robbery in the December 29 shooting of of Moath Nassir at Big Al's Convenience Store on McKinnie Avenue. That's according to our partners in news at 21 Alive.

The 21-year old died the next day at a local hospital. According to authorities, Nassir allegedly fought with the suspect, biting him, before shots were fired.Those bite marks were key in identifying him later. He was arrested earlier this month.

He's due back in court May 6.
