FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Even though the Pentagon as asked armed citizens to stand down from recruiting facilities, the ones around Fort Wayne plan to stand their grounds.

The Department of Defense said they appreciate the support, but those standing guard outside of military recruiting centers are being asked to let the government handle it's own security.

However, according to our partners in news at 21Alive, Bryan Humes with the Oath Keepers in Allen County said they plan to keep their post.
