CLEVELAND (AP) – David West scored 15 points last night to lead the Indiana Pacers to a 100-82 preseason victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers. In his preseason debut, Danny Granger added nine points for the Pacers. Kyrie Irving led the Cavaliers in scoring with 20 points. The Pacers open their season October 31st in Toronto.
