IN Attorney General’s Office to Handle Dept. of Child Services Cases

Indiana Attorney General’s office will start handling appellate cases for the Department of Child Services. Attorney General Greg Zoeller says the agency can still hire its own attorneys for court cases, but his office will take the appellate cases because they are complex and can result in legal precedent.
