Three people charged in the explosion that devastated an Indianapolis neighborhood and killed two people made their first court appearance on Monday.  A judge entered a not guilty plea on behalf of Monserrate Shirley, her boyfriend Mark Leonard and his brother, Bob Leonard.  The judge ordered the trio held without bond.
