Judge to Decide Whether to Revoke Lawyer’s Bond

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Attorneys in the trial of a prominent Indianapolis lawyer charged in a $4.5 million fraud case are waiting for a judge to decide whether his bond should be revoked. William Conour is charged with misusing clients’ funds. About a month ago, a judge ordered an inventory of Conour’s assets, but the FBI was unable to locate many of them.
