Pence Readies 1st Vetoes as Indiana Governor

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Governor Mike Pence is ready to veto his first measures since taking office in January. The governor says he will announce which bills he is opposing today. Pence has expected concerns with a measure shifting power from Indianapolis’ city-county council to Mayor Greg Ballard, as well as a plan to loan the Indianapolis Motor Speedway $100 million for improvements.
