MARION, Ind. (WOWO): Just before 10 Tuesday morning, troopers on I-69 near the 271 mile marker in Grant County were flagged down by a driver who warned them of a semi that was driving erratically on southbound I-69 near the construction zone. The troopers caught up with the driver, 42-year-old Jason Hunsberger, and pulled him over after they witnessed him swerving. Police say Hunsberger had a blood concentration of .26. He was arrested and incarcerated in Grant County Jail.
