Agreement Made After State Fair Stage Collapse

INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): An agreement has been made after the deadly state fair stage collapse two years ago. The Indiana Department of Labor and the International Alliance of Theatrical and State Employees Local 30 have decided on the agreement, which says that the union will not accept responsibility for the collapse or pay a fine. According to our partners in news at 21 Alive, originally, leaders with the Department of Labor said workers were part of the union and not the fair commission.
