Indianapolis Police Test Out Tiny Video Cameras

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Indianapolis police are among those in the state testing video cameras so small they can be clipped to officers' lapels to record their interactions with suspects. Homeland Security Chief Gary Coons says the cameras can be a valuable tool but also have proved problematic. He tells The Indianapolis Star the cameras have a tendency to come loose because officers are always on the move.
