NEW ALBANY, Ind. (AP) – A memorial bench honoring three members of a southern Indiana family who were shot to death in 2000 is among about 20 tombstones and memorials vandalized at a New Albany cemetery.
The Camms were found shot to death at their Georgetown home on Sept. 28, 2000. Former Indiana state trooper David Camm is being tried in his wife and children's deaths for the third time.
His two previous convictions were overturned on appeal. His third trial was moved more than 100 miles north of the crime scene to the central Indiana city of Lebanon in order to find an impartial jury.
