NEW ALBANY, Ind. (AP) – A southern Indiana man acquitted in the killings of his wife and two children after spending 13 years in prison for their murders still faces two civil lawsuits filed by his late wife's parents.
 
Frank and Janice Renn's suits are aimed at preventing former son-in-law David Camm from recovering an estimated $625,000 in life insurance and 401(k) funds stemming from his family's deaths.
 
Camm was found not guilty by a central Indiana jury this week.
 
The lawsuits had been put on hold pending the outcome of the criminal proceedings. Renn family attorney Nick Stein says now that the criminal case has concluded, the civil cases will move forward.
 
Camm's lawyer, David Mosley, tells The Courier-Journal of Louisville, Ky., that he'll let Stein make the next move.
