INDIANAPOLIS (AP) – Gov. Mike Pence and first lady Karen Pence will be sporting new threads when they hand out candy to trick-or-treaters on Halloween.
 
The governor plans to don an Indianapolis Colts uniform while the first lady will be dressed as an Indiana Fever player. They announced Wednesday they will be handing out candy at the governor's residence from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday.
 
The Pences are continuing a tradition of inviting trick-or-treaters to the residence. The get-ups of former Gov. Mitch Daniels and former first lady Cheri Daniels included characters from the television sit-com “The Addams Family” in 2011 and 1970s pop stars Sonny and Cher last year.
