2 Indy Schools Locked Down During Police Search

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) – Two Indianapolis schools have been placed on a lockdown while police search for a man wanted in a home invasion near the schools.
 
Indianapolis Public Schools said that Shortridge High School and Butler University Laboratory School on the city's near north side were locked down Friday because of the police search.

Police said that home invasion suspect Tiawan Lundy is considered armed and dangerous.
 
Officer says Lundy is believed to be in the area and that may have been injured after jumping out of the window of an apartment.
