New Law Being Petitioned by Mishawaka Grandmother

MISHAWAKA, Ind. (WOWO): A Mishawaka grandmother is petitioning for a law to make passing a sexually-transmitted disease to a child molestation victim a separate crime. It's being called 'Cameron's Law.'

The woman’s grandson contracted herpes after a family friend molested him in late 2010 and early 2011. He was five-years-old at the time. She is petitioning for such a law to be passed during the 2015 session of the Indiana General Assembly.
