Two Charged in Richmond Beating

RICHMOND, Ind. (AP): Richmond police say they've arrested two more people and are seeking a third in connection with the fatal beating of a teenager who had recently moved to the eastern Indiana city.

Police say 20-year-old Deandre Plant was charged with murder Wednesday and 18-year-old David Maish was charged with assisting a criminal.

Seventeen-year-old Caleb Woosley was found dead in an alley on May 18.

Plant and Maish already were in custody in unrelated cases. Plant's attorney could not be reached for comment, and it was unclear whether Maish has an attorney.

The Palladium-Item reports (http://pinews.co/1C3pdg4) an arrest warrant for murder also was issued for a 17-year-old youth whose last known Richmond address is vacant. A second 17-year-old also was charged with murder in Woosley's slaying last month.
