Daycare Employee Faces Child Pornography Charges

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (AP) – An employee of a West Lafayette daycare center faces three felony counts of child exploitation and three felony counts of possessing child pornography.

Twenty-four-year-old Adam Justice is accused in court documents of disseminating child pornography online through a peer-to-peer file-sharing network. The affidavit says victims depicted included boys and girls from pre-teens to toddlers.

Justice could not be reached for comment because he was being held Monday in the Tippecanoe County Jail on $2,500 bond.

Just Us Kids owner Nancy Beall informed parents by email Sunday that Justice had been fired, saying to her knowledge the charges weren't related to his work at the daycare. The Journal & Courier reports she didn't disclose Justice is her son.
