Hoosier Lottery, Ivy Tech Launch Financial Literacy Program

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO): The Hoosier Lottery and Ivy Tech are teaming up for the sake of financial literacy. Lottery Executive Director Sarah Taylor says they launched the Massive Open Online Course or “MOOC” for financial literacy.

Taylor says it‘s part of their responsible gaming campaign and world lottery certification.

She says the site was launched with not only lottery winners, but all Hoosier adults and Ivy Tech students in mind. The course covers household budgeting, financial accounts, buying a home and retirement planning.
