INDIANAPOLIS (AP) – A fifth person has been charged in a November 2012 house explosion that killed two neighbors and damaged dozens of other homes in an Indianapolis neighborhood.

WTHR-TV (http://bit.ly/1Hp4hU1 ) reports Glenn Hults faces a charge of conspiracy to commit arson. He's accused of taking part in a plan to set fire to a woman's house and collect insurance money on all of her belongings.

Investigators say the homeowner told them that Hults knew about the plans to burn down her house and had advised her about the plot.

The woman also told investigators that Hults had previously received a $70,000 insurance payout after setting fire to his own home.

It wasn't immediately known if Hults has an attorney.

He's expected to appear in court Wednesday.
