FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Parkview Health is planning a new cancer center in Fort Wayne.

The hospital has filed documents with the Allen County Plan Commission to expand its north campus on Dupont Road. The new cancer center, which is the first part of its $80 million expansion plan, would go on the hospital's 115 acres north of Dupont Road on the southwest quadrant. 

The Journal-Gazette says plans call for a multi-story building as well as a two story connector to Medical Building 11. The plans also seem to hint at two additional buildings that would flank the cancer center building. 

The plan commission will review these plans on October 15th.
