GARRETT, Ind. (WOWO): Garrett Police have arrested a 19 year old man following a reported vandalism and theft spree. 

It happened when numerous vehicles had windows broken on North Cowen and Peters streets and items stolen from them. 

It's estimated that the man, whose name has not been identified pending charges, caused over ten thousand dollars in damage, with two vehicles suffering extensive damage, according to the Garrett Police Department.
