VAN WERT, Oh. (WOWO): A Van Wert family is enjoying a trip to Disney World, thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Bruce and Amy Workman's 4-year-old daughter Makenna has diabetes after fighting off a specific form of cancer that causes the metabolic disease last year… she's cancer-free but will be a diabetic for the rest of her life. Make-A-Wish is giving her, her parents, and three siblings a full week-long trip that includes limo rides, round-trip air travel, and a meet-and-greet with the Disney princesses. 

Her family tells our Partners in News at 21Alive Makenna's especially looking forward to meeting the characters from her favorite movie: Frozen.
