City Of Portland Tests Tornado Alarms

 

PORTLAND, Ind. (WOWO):  You may have heard city-wide alarms going off on Christmas Eve, but if you are in Portland there's no need to be worried.  

The City of Portland tested tornado sirens starting around 10:45 a.m. Thursday morning.  At around 4:40 p.m., the Jay County Sheriff's Office released a statement saying that testing was complete and all sirens are working correctly.
