Federal Judge Dismisses Women’s Health Link Suit against Citilink

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A federal judge has ruled against a Fort Wayne women's health group who sued Citilink for “viewpoint discrimination.”

Attorneys for Alliance Defending Freedom filed the lawsuit in September 2014, saying Fort Wayne Women's Health Link was discriminated against when Citilink refused their request to place advertisements for the group, who promotes a pro-life message alongside healthcare referral services, on their buses.

The Journal Gazette reports that the judge called Citilink's ad spaces a “non-public forum” and therefore not falling under the 1st and 14th  Amendments of the US Constitution.
