LAGRANGE COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Police found and arrested a LaGrange County woman who had been missing since early February.
The LaGrange County Sheriff’s Department says 24-year-old Allison Michelle Higgs was found in Alabama recently with Milton Cisco. After they were found, both were arrested on drug charges.
Investigators say that Higgs was traveling with Cisco willinging and didn’t want to be found.
Cisco was wanted out of LaGrange County on criminal recklessness charges.
