SOMERSET, Ind. (WOWO): Two women from Grant County were killed in a two-vehicle crash in Wabash County Saturday night.

The crash happened around 10 p.m. on State Road 15 about a half mile north of West 900 South. An SUV being driven by Emily Bowyer, 27, of Wabash County crossed the center line on northbound State Road 15 and was hit by a southbound SUV.

A passenger, Barbara Dryer, 69, died at the scene. A second passenger, Sharon Stephenson, 67, was taken to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, where she died Sunday morning, according to the Journal-Gazette.

The crash is under investigation by the Indiana State Police.
