PLEASANT LAKE, Ind. (WOWO): A 47-year-old man is accused of having sex with someone between the ages of 14 and 16.

According to the Steuben County Sheriff’s Department, deputies were called to a home in the 4600 block of South Sandman Drive at around 1:30pm Monday, where they learned the child had allegedly had sex with Duane Lee Walters III.

He was taken into custody on one felony count of sexual misconduct with a minor, and remains held without bond pending an initial court appearance. The Hamilton Police Department and Indiana Department of Child Services assisted with the investigation.
