WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): A Kosciusko County town is a finalist in a state competition for community planning and development initiatives.

Warsaw is among the finalists for the Stellar Communities competition, which will award a $10,000 grant for either making a new local investment plan or project, or enhancing an existing one, according to the Journal Gazette.

The finalists will also take part in an upcoming workshop to help them learn how to make good strategic investment plans. Winners will be announced in August.
