Five-vehicle crash in northeast Fort Wayne results in no serious injuries

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A major crash with no major injuries.

That’s following the five-vehicle crash at the State and Reed intersection. Fort Wayne police told 21Alive a car heading south on Reed ran a red light and hit a pickup truck. The truck rolled onto its top, but not before hitting other cars in the process.

Three were taken to the hospital as a precaution and two others refused treatment.

State and Reed was closed for about an hour following the crash.
