Ohio man arrested on cocaine trafficking charges after 2-year investigation

DEFIANCE, Ohio (WOWO): A Cecil, Ohio man was arrested Saturday after a two-year investigation into cocaine distribution in northwest Ohio.

Orlando Perez Jr., 27, was arrested on cocaine trafficking charges, according to the Journal Gazette.

After undercover federal agents bought 276 grams of suspected cocaine, police stopped Perez Jr.

Police say they found marijuana and cash in his car. Officers also found items associated with packaging and distributing cocaine in Perez’s home, according to police.

He is in Putnam County Jail and police say additional charges are expected.
