FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – A couple local businesses will be closed on Independence Day.

All Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) branches are closed on July 4. Branches will resume regular hours on Wednesday, July 5.

The City of Fort Wayne‘s offices will also be closed on July 4. There will be no residential garbage and recycling collection. The collection schedule will be pushed back one day beginning Tuesday.

The City will also resume regular business houses on Wednesday, July 5.
