Around 7:05 a.m., Cody Hess was driving on CR 200W just north of CR 100N.  His truck swerved and hit an SUV driven by Jennie Archold.

Alexandra Concus, a passenger in Hess’s truck, suffered a head injury and was taken by Samaritan to the hospital.

Hess, Archbold, and their other passengers refused medical treatment at the scene.

Police say alcohol was not a factor in the crash, but currently, it’s still under investigation.
