FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Two cities in Allen County have new candidates running for mayor.
Republican Bill Collins will file paperwork on Tuesday to run for mayor of Fort Wayne. According to the Journal Gazette, he faces Republican Frederick Osheskie Sr. in this year's primary election.
Democrat Ryan Reichhart is running for mayor of Woodburn. He's the only candidate who's filed campaign paperwork in Woodburn.
