FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A man died Saturday from injuries he sustained in a car crash on Feb. 23.

The Allen County Coroner’s Office says Darvin Thornburg, 55, of Allen County, died 11 days after his vehicle was struck by a semi on Notestine and State Road 37.

The crash happened when Thornburg reportedly didn’t stop at a stop sign on 37 and his vehicle was hit by the semi in the intersection.

Thornburg had been in critical condition at a local hospital since the crash.
