NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WOWO): The winner of the Allen County spelling bee winner may not be in the National Spelling Bee, but she is asking for your support in a different competition.

Alexa Ehle is one of 10 semi-finalists in the Amazon Kindle’s “Spellebrity: Kindle the Love of Reading” contest.

In the video, the eighth-grader from St. Peter’s Lutheran School professes her love for reading and offers tips you can use to enjoy reading more. You can view the video here.

The top five teams go to Washington D.C. for the finals.
