Andy Downs from Mike Downs Center For Indiana Politics at Purdue-Fort Wayne joined “Fort Wayne’s Morning News” to discuss and clarify what the Constitution says about individual ownership of guns and gun rights.  Downs later went on to discuss the lawsuit and on-going power struggle within Indiana in regards to HB1123.
