STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): On Sunday, an Angola man was arrested on rape charges, after a sexual assault investigation. The Steuben County Sheriff’s Department was called to a local hospital after a sexual assault investigation. The female victim was taken to the Fort Wayne Sexual Assault Treatment Center. After the investigation, 27-year-old Kile Stockert was arrested for Rape, a class B Felony, three counts of Criminal Deviate Conduct, all class B Felonies, Strangulation, a class D Felony, and Criminal Confinement, a class D Felony. Stockert is being held without bond at the Steuben County Jail.
