ANGOLA, Ind. (WOWO): An Angola man is dead after a crash in Steuben County.

The crash happened shortly after 5 a.m. on U.S. 20 east of County Road 100 E just outside of Angola city limits.

Adam Fell, 27, was heading westbound towards Angola when he crossed the center line and collided head-on with a semi going the other way. The driver of the semi tried to avoid Fell, but couldn’t, according to the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office.

Fell died of blunt force trauma at the scene, according to the Steuben County Coroner.

The semi driver was uninjured.
