The appeals court just came down with a decision, to overturn an adult murder conviction of Paul Gingerich.  You’ll recall he was just 12 when he helped kill a friend’s stepfather, Phillip Danner. The case now goes back to juvenile court for a new hearing. We will have more on this story, later in the day.
